Cheese Bread Sticks

   Mix well, the butter, 1 egg yolk, and cottage cheese until creamy.

   Gradually, add the flour until the dough is moldable.

   Add grated cheese and oregano, to taste. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Then open, roll out the dough, and cut into strips.

   Brush with beaten egg yolk, and sprinkle with more grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
