Cheese Bread Cubes

   Cut crusts off French bread.

   Cut bread in 2-inch squares and freeze.

   Add cheese to butter and mix well.

   When bread is frozen, spread cheese mixture on all sides but the bottom of the cube. Return to freezer.

   Just before serving, bake at 400u00b0 for 15 minutes, watching carefully.

   Serve with salsa or soup or as a snack.
