Cheese Blintz

   Cut off bread crusts.

   Roll flat with rolling pin.

   Mix the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks with electric mixer.

   Spread mixture on bread.

   Roll like a jelly roll.

   Cut into thirds.

   Roll in melted butter, then cinnamon and sugar.

   Freeze on a cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
