Cheese And Bacon Pie

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0.

   Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in bottom of unbaked pie shell.

   Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.

   Pour into pie shell.

   Bake at 425u00b0 for 15 minutes.

   Reduce heat to 300u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.

   Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
