6 -8 cups water
2 (2 1/2 ounce) packages taco seasoning
1 ½ cups white rice
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
2 (15 ounce) cans refried beans

In large pan combine tomato juice, half the water, taco seasoning & rice.

Bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked through.

Meanwile brown ground beef in a skillet, drain and set aside.
