   Spread bottom halves of rolls with mayo; set aside.

   Season meat with pepper.

   dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add meat; cook 3 min.

   on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).

   Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

   Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium heat.

   Add beans and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
