1 medium onion, chopped

4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour (4 for extra thickness)
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. dill weed
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and cut potatoes.

Cook together in just enough water to cover.
