Cauliflower and Leek Soup

   Cut up the cauliflower and leeks and put into a pot with 2 cups of water and the bouliion cube.

   Boil until cauliflower is soft enough to put into a food processor or blender.

   While it's cooking, chop up the parsley.

4. 4

   Once the cauliflower and leeks are cooked, add the parsley.

   Pour soup into food processor or blender and blend.
