1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
1/2 cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Oil
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 pound Button Mushrooms, Sliced
1 whole Yellow Onion, Sliced Thin
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 cups Red Wine
2 cups Beef Stock Or Broth

Slice the beef into cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Place flour in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag and add the meat.

Add two tablespoons of oil to the Dutch oven and heat.
