Cascabel Chile Tomato Sauce

   Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the tomatoes and saute for about 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

   Add the chile pepper to the skillet and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the seeds and saute for another 2 minutes.

   Add the peppers, tomatoes, garlic, seeds, and vinegar to a blender. Puree until smooth.
