2/3 c. chopped nuts

Blend sugar, oil and eggs, one at a time, with wooden spoon. Add the dry ingredients.

Mix well and pour into well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (according to oven).
