   crush garlic add it to bowl add salt as needed to make a paste of the salt and garlic

   add salad vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil to bowl and mix and add a touch of cayenne pepper. add lettuce, onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and sliced avocado, to bowl and toss with parmesan cheese and you can add garlic salt as needed and chill before serving
