1/3 c. sugar

Cut 1/2 cup butter into mixture of 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt until crumbly.

Combine 2 tablespoons flour, 3/4 cup sugar, egg, 1/4 teaspoon salt, vanilla and sour cream in bowl; mix well.
