3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces cream cheese
1 prepared pizza crust
1/4 cup olive oil
gorgonzola (optional)
