Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place the unsweetened baking chocolate squares and butter into a bowl.

Microwave on high for 2 min till the butter is melted.

Remove from microwave and stir till chocolate is melted.

Stir in the sugar till blended.

Add in the Large eggs and flour, stirring till smooth.

Spread half of the batter into a greased 13x9 baking pan.

Bake for 25 min till batter is hard to the touch.

In a bowl, combine the caramels and heavy cream.

Microwave for 3 min till caramels begin to heat.

Whisk till smooth.

Add in 1 c. of the pecans to the caramels.

Spread the caramel mix over the baked brownie mix and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.

Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and sprinkle with the remaining c. of pecans.

Bake for an additional 30 min.
