(This is a recipe i found, but i make caramel brownies by mixing up my brownie mix as usual and then pouring half the fold in the pan.

Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

In large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, margarine, 1/3 c. lowfat milk and nuts.

Press 1/2 mix into pan.

Reserve rest for top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 6 min.

Sprinkle chocolate pcs over baked portion.

Spread caramel mix over chocolate pcs.

Spoon reserved dough over caramel mix.

Return to oven and bake 15 min.
