Caramel Cream

   Warm the heavy cream (30 seconds in 700 W microwave).

   Place the sugar and water in a pot and turn the heat to medium.

   Once it becomes your preferred color, stop the heat and let it settle.

   Mix it well and gradually add in the heavy cream.

   Let it cool completely and it's done.

   Store it in the refrigerator!
