Caramel Apple Cider

   Stir together the brown sugar and whipping cream in a saucepan.

   Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat 2 minutes or until bubbly.

   Stir in vanilla and apple cider.

   Cook 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often.

   Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of warmed caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
