Name: Cappucino walnut toffee
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 2 cup Walnuts; 1 1/4 cup Butter; 1 cup Sugar; 1/3 cup Brown sugar; 1 tbsp Dark unsulphered molasses; 2 tsp Instant espresso; 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 cup Milk choc morsels; 1 cup White choc morsels

Preheat to 350

Butter a 15x10 jelly roll pan

Bake walnuts at 350 in single layer 8-10 min, stir halfway through

Melt 1 1/4 c butter in sauce pan med heat

Stir in sugar, next 5 ingredients and 1/3 water

Stir constantly about 20 min

Remove from heat and add walnuts

Quickly pour mixture into prepared pan

Sprinke milk choc and white choc over top

Let srand 5 min and swirl w/ spatula

Cover and chill 1 hr
