Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

Place the butter, 125 gr. chocolate, coffee, and cinnamon in a large container. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted together. Set aside and let cool 15 minutes

Add the sugar, eggs, salt, and flour to the chocolate mixture. Mix well and fold in the walnuts and the rest of the chocolate.

Place into a baking pan lined with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, until firm to the touch. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 1 hour and remove from the pan, cutting into squares.

Place the whipping cream, white chocolate, coffee, and nutmeg into a bowl and microwave until melted, 20 seconds at a time. Stir together and serve over the brownies.
