You will need to fry the bread, thats why its important to have them in slices as you fry them they just need to be light brown or if they look crispy they are ready to be put in the oven pan . I really recommend a large oven pan you will layout at lest 4-6 slices of bread to start. You put them by layer so u start putting the slices of bananas on top of the bread then the peanut ,raisins, coconut flakes and cheese thin slices . Then you repeat the process but the only thing is that you put one less bread every time you start a layer on till it look like a volcano on top of the last bread that you have already finish then you and assorted colors all around now you get the hot pot you have with the brown sugar or if you decided to go with the piloncillo they already dissolved you pour the all over start from the top of the capirutada and work your way around al-round it you put-it in the oven for about 30-35 mint make sure you have enough liquid in it because the bread need to soak that up and the bread.
