Cannoli Pie Recipe

   In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and confectioners' sugar; mix till smooth and well combined.

   Stir in the cherries, almonds, and chocolate chips.

   Spoon into the pie crust, cover, and freeze for at least 3 hrs.

   Remove from the freezer and allow to sit for at least 10 to 15 min before cutting.

   Cover and store any leftovers in the freezer.
