Canning Green Beans Recipe

   Wash beans, remove ends and cut.

   cover with boiling water and simmer 3 min, drain, save the liquid which the beans were blanched in.

   Pour beans into jars, add in 1/2 teaspoon canning salt to pints, and 1 teaspoon to qts.

   pour liquid over beans and seal.

   Process pints at 10 lbs.

6. 6

   pressure for 30 min, and qts.

7. 7

   at 10 lbs.

8. 8

   pressure for 35 min.
