Candy Easter Eggs Recipe

   Cook the potato and mash.

   Add in margarine while still warm.

   When mixed, add in healthy pinch of salt and a little vanilla and the powdered sugar a little at a time till well mixed.

   Divide into three separate bowls.

   To first bowl, add in peanut butter.

   To second bowl, add in coconut.

   To third bowl, add in minced up cherries and walnuts.

   May add in a little cherry juice.

   To each bowl, add in more sugar to make stiff.

    Shape into Large eggs and coat with chocolate

    (semisweet).
