1/2 c. Butter
1/3 c. Baking cocoa
1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
3 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
30 x Caramels, unwrapped
1 Tbsp. Water
2 c. Salted peanuts
1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
1/2 c. Lowfat milk chocolate chips

In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and lowfat milk.

Micorwave on high 'til mix boils (3 minutes or possibly longer).

Stir in confectioner's sugar and vanilla.

Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan.

In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.

Heat on high till caramels heat - about 2 min.

Stir in peanuts and spread over fudge layer.

Microwave chocolate pcs and chips till melted

(1 1/2 min or possibly so).

Spread over caramel layer.

Refrigeratetill hard.
