Ingredients: 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs; 3 tablespoons sugar; ½ teaspoon cinnamon; ⅓ cup melted butter; ¾ cup caramel ice cream topping; 1 cup pecans, chopped; 5 granny smith apples, peeled cored,sliced thin; 5 tablespoons butter; ½ cup brown sugar; ¼ teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 8 ounces cream cheese; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 egg; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; ¼ cup sugar; ¾ cup heavy cream, whipped; 2 tablespoons sugar; ½ cup caramel topping; ¼ cup chopped pecans

⅓ cup melted butter
¾ cup caramel ice cream topping
1 cup pecans, chopped
5 granny smith apples, peeled cored,sliced thin
5 tablespoons butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup heavy cream, whipped
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup caramel topping
¼ cup chopped pecans

CRUST:Mix first 4 ingredients and press into a 10 inch pie pan up sides also.

Bake 375 for 6-8 minutes or golden.

Remove and cool.

Pour caramel in bottom of crust and sprinkle with pecans,chill.

FILLING:In a large skillet melt butter add brown sugar,salt,cinnamon add apples cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender cool 10 minutes pour into pie shel.

TOPPING:With a mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth add egg,lemon juice,and vanilla pour over apple filling.

Bake 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.

let cool and chill 4 hours then room temp.

TOPPING:Top with whipped cream caramel and pecans and swirl with a knife.
