1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
4 egg whites, room temperature
1-1/3 cups (325 ml) Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp (2 ml) paprika
salt and white pepper to taste

Combine mustard, honey and caraway seeds; spread 1 tbspful on each muffin half.

In a large skillet, melt butter and saut Canadian bacon slices until thoroughly heated, turning once.
