Cake Mix Cookies And Cream Cupcakes

   1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

   2.Line cupcake/muffin pans with 24 baking cups.

   3.Add one cookie to the bottom of each liner.

   4.Make cake mix according to package directions and add to each cup until you've used all of your mix.

   5.Bake cupcakes according to package directions until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

   6.Transfer cupcakes to a cooling rack.

   7.While cupcakes are cooling, make the icing. Crush 6 of the cookies in a food processor.

   8.Using a hand mixer, beat butter until creamy.

   9.Add confectioners sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and vanilla and beat again. At this point you can add an additional tablespoon of milk if a thinner frosting is desired.

    10.Stir in crushed cookies and then add frosting to a piping bag with the tip of your choice.
