Put the mixture into a piping bag or a Ziplock bag with the tip cut off, and pour into a pre-sprayed doughnut pan. Bake doughnuts for 20-25 minutes or until browned and slightly firm to the touch. Once done, let stand to cool for 20 minutes.

To make glaze: stir together 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon milk. Once mixed well, distribute the glaze generously onto doughnuts.
