1 1/2 lb grnd meat
1 c. bread crumbs
1 x egg
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 tsp salt garlic pwdr and black pepper, to taste
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. minced bell pepper
1 med onion
1/4 c. green onion tops and bottoms red pepper, to taste flour

Mix meat, bread, egg, lowfat milk, salt, peppers, garlic pwdr in a bowl.

Make small balls with meat, and roll in flour.

Put meat in warm oil and brown on all sides.

Remove meatballs from oil and saute/fry peppers and onions.

Put meatballs back in pot and add in water.

Cook about 45 min.

Serve over rice.
