Prepare pizza dough according to dough instructions.

If youre afraid of making dough from scratch or feeling lazy, feel free to use a store-bought crust.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and place a pizza stone in the oven.

Once the dough is rolled out and the pizza is on the peel (see my instructions on my other recipe), drop a couple of tablespoons of Alfredo sauce into the middle of the dough.

Next, squeeze out 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing on top of the Alfredo sauce.

Basically, be sure you have enough dressing to cover your pizza with sauce properly.

Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, mix the sauces thoroughly, and then slowly spread the sauce in circles to cover the dough.

I always start with a smaller amount of Caesar and add more if I need to.

Top with your desired toppings.

Heres my favorite way to top this pizza: mozzarella, diced red onions, diced green pepper, marinated artichoke hearts, and both Parmesan and feta sprinkled generously on top.

Before placing in the oven, use a pastry brush to brush olive oil around the entire edge of the pizza and then sprinkle with sea salt.

This makes the crust oh so delicious and lightly seasoned.

Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes, depending on how thick or thin your pizza is.

Watch and wait for the cheese to start browning and bubbling slightly.

Remove, place on a large cookie sheet, slice, and consume.
