Cabbage with fried potatoes and smoked sausage

   Peel and slice potatoes into 1 cm thick pieces, boil in water until cooked

   Melt butter in a pan, add garlic powder and smoked sausage which has been sliced into 1 cm thick pieces .

   Cook until sausage starts to discolour

   Chop cabbage and add to sausage and butter mix.

   Add water and allow to boil until water has almost evaporated.

   Stirring ocasionaly

   Add cooked potatoes to a hot frying pan.

   Keep turning potatoes until slightly browned on both sides this took bout 3 mins.

   Add cabbage and sausage mix and fry for about 3mins

    Serve.

    I added a slice of bread and butter to wipe the plate after it was all eaten
