1 c. diced potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter in a large heavy saucepan until tender. Add cabbage, lima beans, carrots, potatoes, broth and salt.
