1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1/4 c. green peppers
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Mix in bowl the chuck, rice, chopped green peppers, onion, celery, shredded cabbage, salt and pepper.
