2 7/8 cups white cabbage cut into strips
3 3/8 tablespoons vegetable stock
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oil
1 onion small, peeled and finely chopped
2 5/8 ounces beef mince
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 teaspoons dried oregano
5 1/3 tablespoons feta crumbled
1 egg yolk
3 3/8 tablespoons skimmed milk

Preheat the oven to 325u00b0F. Grease an ovenproof baking dish. Place the cabbage and 2 tbsp stock in a saucepan. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Cover and braise for 20 mins.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly. Stir in the tomato paste and oregano and cook for 1 min. Stir in the remaining 2 tbsp stock.

Spoon the cabbage into the baking dish. Add the ground beef mixture and sprinkle with feta. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk and milk, season, then pour over the ground beef and feta. Bake for 20-25 mins. Garnish with rosemary, oregano and cherry tomatoes.
