Button Mushrooms with Anchovies and Garlic

   Remove the dirt from the mushrooms with a cloth.

   Cut off the stems.

   Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and turn on the heat.

   Once fragrant, add the anchovies and use a wooden spoon to break them apart as they cook.

   Add the mushrooms and coat with the oil.

   Add the white wine, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat.

   Once the mushrooms have cooked, season with black pepper.

   Sprinkle in some parsley, give it a quick stir, and then it's done.
