12 ounce butterscotch chips
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
10 Tbsp. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 x egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c. pecans, minced

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Line bottom and sides with foil.

Heat condensed lowfat milk and chips over low heat, stirring, till chips heat.

Combine flour, soda and salt.

Beat butter and sugar till creamy.

Beat in egg and vanilla till light and fluffy.

Reserve 1/2 c. dough.

Press remaining dough into bottom and 1/2-inch up sides of pan.
