3/4 c. Flour

Preheat oven to 350 .

Mix all brownie ingredients and spread in a buttered 8x8 pan.

Bake for 25 min.

Cold in pan and spread with caramel icing.

To make icing, heat butter and cook till brown.

Add in brown sugar and continue cooking, stirring till sugar is completely melted.
