Buttered Tortilla

   1. Turn your stove on med-high.

   2. With Tongs, throw your tortilla over the flame.

   3. Cook until tortilla starts to burn, then flip

   4. Cook a little more until tortilla is piping hot

   5. Throw on a plate

   6. Take a pad of butter (the more the better) and rub around the tortilla until it is melted. I like to leave a little trail of butter chunks down the diameter of the toritilla.

   7. Roll up the tortilla into a tight taquito like shape, so that the butter chunks are positioned for each bite.

   8. Eat and be merry!
