Butter Cookies/Cakes

   Preheat your oven to 350AAu00b0

   First, you melt your butter and margarine with the brown sugar and white sugar in the microwave or in a sauce pan. You then put them in a mixer and whip them for five minutes. While whipping them gradually add in the egg and vegetable oil. After they are whipped and blended turn off the mixer and add in your flour and baking powder/Soda then you continue to whip the batter.

   Finally, you take a melon baller(for a smaller sized cookie, make them as big as you like!!!) and scoop your batter onto a cookie sheet and bake on 350AAu00b0 for 8- ten minutes.
