Ingredients: 1 lb. chicken fillets, cubed; 1 md. onion, sliced; 4 tbsp. buttermilk; 1 tsp. fresh ground ginger; 1 tsp. fresh ground garlic; 1 tsp. fine salt; 2 tsp. fine red chilli powder; 2 tsp. powdered cumin corriander blend; 1/2 tsp. tumeric powder; 1 can tomato paste (small); 1 oz. butter for sauteing; 1 cup fresh cream; Chopped corrainder leaves for garnishing

Servings: persons

1 lb. chicken fillets, cubed
1 md. onion, sliced
4 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
1 tsp. fresh ground garlic
1 tsp. fine salt
2 tsp. fine red chilli powder
2 tsp. powdered cumin corriander blend
1/2 tsp. tumeric powder
1 can tomato paste (small)
1 oz. butter for sauteing
1 cup fresh cream
Chopped corrainder leaves for garnishing

Mix buttermilk, ginger, garlic and spices together.

Add tomato paste.

Add washed and cubed chicken to marinade; allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

While chicken is marinating, saute the onions in the butter, on medium heat.

Add marinated chicken, cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.

Remove from heat, add fresh cream and stir well.

Return to heat, cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.

Serve immediately.
