Bunny Patch Cupcakes

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Prepare cake batter as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, adding dry gelatin mix to batter before spooning into paper-lined muffin cups.

   Bake 20 to 25 min.

   or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.

   Cool cupcakes in pans 10 min.

   Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

   Meanwhile, place coconut and food coloring in small resealable plastic bag; close bag and shake until coconut is evenly tinted.

   Frost tops of cupcakes with COOL WHIP; top with tinted coconut.

   Arrange cupcakes, with sides touching, on serving tray.

    Decorate with marshmallows and jelly beans to resemble a bunny patch.
