Bumble Bees

   Stir 2-qt.

   of the boiling water (or 1 cup of the boiling water for trial recipe) into berry blue gelatin until completely dissolved.

   Pour 2 Tbsp.

   of the gelatin into each of 32 parfait glasses (or 4 parfait glasses for trial recipe).

   Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened but not set.

   Add remaining 2 qt.

   boiling water (or remaining 1 cup boiling water for trial recipe) into lemon gelatin; cool slightly.

   Pour 1/4 cup of the lemon gelatin over berry blue layer in each parfait glass.

   Refrigerate 1 hour or until thickened but not set.

    Pour remaining berry blue gelatin evenly over lemon layers.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until completely set.

    Insert 2 of the chocolate butterflies into top of each parfait to resemble the bumble bee's wings.

    Insert 2 licorice pieces into the gelatin for the antennae.
