1 carrot, grated
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp Italian seasonings
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix in a large bowl, carrot, green pepper, onion, Italian seasonings, soy sauce, oatmeal, eggs, salt and black pepper.
