Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

   In a medium bowl, combine chicken, dressing and hot sauce.

   Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

   Lay one tortilla on the skillet and top with one third of the chicken mixture.

   Top with 1 cup cheese followed by another flour tortilla.

   Cook on medium heat until bottom is slightly brown and flip to cook the other side.

   Remove from the skillet and let sit to cool.

   Cut in to triangles and serve.

   Notes: For a lighter version, use light Ranch dressing.
