1 pint cherry tomatoes halved, or other sweet vine-ripe tomatoes
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped or minced
1/4 cup basil leaves, freshly chopped
1 clove garlic or to taste, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
1 x salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
3/4 cup feta cheese crumbled, or goat cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place the crushed garlic and olive oil in a bowl and whisk until mixed well.

Mix together the tomatoes, red onions, basil, garlic and olive oil in a medium bowl.
