Bruschetta

   1) Place bread slices on a baking sheet and toast under preheated broiler until slightly toasted on both sides. (A charcoal grill will give it a smokey flavor)

   2) Remove from oven and rub one side with cut slices of a garlic clove.

   3) Drizzle toast with a liberal amount of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
