2 c. sugar

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Cook chocolate and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat till melted, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and cold mix slightly.

Beat Large eggs and net 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer till thick and pale about 5 min.

Fold one-third of chocolate mix into egg mix.

Fold remaining chocolate mix, flour and pecans.

Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 min.

Pour hot Fudge Icing over warm brownies.

Fudge Icing:Bring fist 4 ingredients to a boil over medium heat, whisking con- stantly; boil 1 minute or possibly till sugar dissolves.
