Ingredients: 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar; 2/3 c. all-purpose flour; 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr; 1 pch salt; 3/4 tsp baking pwdr; 2 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil; 1 1/2 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate; 2 Tbsp. corn syrup; 1/2 tsp coffee powdered dissolved in 1/2 Tbsp water; 2 tsp vanilla; 2 x egg whites; 2 Tbsp. pecans toasted, or possibly walnuts

1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cocoa pwdr
1 pch salt
3/4 tsp baking pwdr
2 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 1/2 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 tsp coffee powdered dissolved in 1/2 Tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
2 x egg whites
2 Tbsp. pecans toasted, or possibly walnuts

Sift together powdered sugar, flour, salt, and baking powdered.

Heat oil and unsweetened chocolate together.

(I did this in a 650 watt microwave on half power for 3 min.)

Add in corn syrup, coffee, and vanilla.

Mix dry ingredients with wet.

Stir together.

(Mix will be very thick!!)

Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil.

(This helps you remove the brownies from the pan for easier cutting.)

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 min.
