Brownies

   Preheat oven to 325/lower third of oven for cooking.

   Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and salt in med. heatproof bowl in a skillet of simmering water. Stir occasionally until butter is melted and mixture is smooth and hot. Remove bowl from skillet and let cook slightly. Stir in vanilla with wooden spoon. Add eggs one at a time. Stir vigorously. Add flour and stir until mixed.

   Bake 20-25 mins.
